AGM was retained by Valleyview Developments to develop a Plan of Subdivision in Coldstream. The proposed Subdivision is located on the south side of Ilderton Road, between Quaker Lane and Coldstream Road. The draft plan has 13 estate lots and 2 open space blocks. As part of the draft plan submission AGM also prepared a Functional Servicing Report to explain the servicing strategy for the subdivision. Each lot will be serviced by individual wells and private septic systems.
