When AGM was awarded the project to expand the Pioneer Energy gas bar site, the task included overseeing the demolition of a residential house on the property. We also had to submit a grading report, implement storm drainage management, and because of old and new fuel storage tanks, had to ensure Environmentally Significant Area (ESA)/MOE approvals.

The new site has quadrupled the number of fuel pumps from two to eight, a boon for those who want to gas up without idling.
