As partner and managing director at AGM, Hendrik applies his 24 years of experience into engineering design, setting budgets, project managing and mentoring young engineers, technicians and technologists at the firm.

Since joining AGM in 1999, Hendrik’s municipal engineering assignments have included scores of project management/designs for the City of London capital works projects, residential development projects, including subdivisions and condominiums, as well as site plans for various commercial and industrial development projects. Hendrik is the firm’s expert in infrastructure renewal projects.
