AGM was retained by Valleyview Developments to develop a Plan of Subdivision in Coldstream. The proposed Subdivision is located on the south side of Ilderton Road west of Coldstream Road. The draft plan has 13 estate lots and 6 open space blocks. As part of the draft plan submission AGM also prepared a Functional Servicing Report to explain the servicing strategy for the subdivision. Each lot will be serviced by individual wells and private septic systems.
